Little Vigil | Gothic

A handmade frame, gothic, macabre and quietly theatrical, for those who appreciate the finer things in death.

A hand-painted cast skull rests against black velvet within an ornate, shield-shaped frame. A warm aged patina on the skull contrasts with the dark frame and its subtle metallic highlights, with decorative flourishes at the top and base.

As one of my more accessible designs, this piece has a simpler reverse, without velvet or lace. This keeps the focus on the decorative front while offering my handmade work at a gentler price.
