SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Shipping
Ready-to-ship items Items that are in stock are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order Items created on demand require additional production time before shipping. Processing time varies depending on the piece and is specified in the product description. Shipping is added after production is complete.
Custom orders Custom pieces are made individually and timelines are agreed upon directly with the client before purchase.
Shipping & estimated delivery times Orders are shipped from Poland. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Poland: 1–3 business days
- European Union (Germany, France, etc.): 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–21 business days
- Rest of the world: 14–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates only. Delays caused by postal services or customs are beyond our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
