Vegvísir | Woodland
A one-of-a-kind handmade relic — ancient, protective and deeply rooted in the forest, for those who know that the old symbols still hold power.
A real roe deer skull (Capreolus capreolus), horns intact, carries a hand-burned Vegvísir — the Icelandic runic compass, symbol of protection and finding one's way through storms — surrounded by Nordic runes burned directly into the bone. Vivid green moss creeps across the skull in living veins. Ferns unfurl from the eye socket. Dried mushrooms and dark botanicals gather at the base. The whole piece is mounted on a dark wooden frame with ornate metal detailing, ravens watching from the shadows.
Vegvísir — "That which shows the way."

LORE
The deer did not choose the symbol.
The symbol chose the bone.
It was always there —
waiting for the fire
to make it visible.
The runes remember
what the forest knows:
that every path through the storm
is also a path home.
The moss came after.
The ferns came after.
The ravens were already watching.
They always are.
