A one-of-a-kind handmade whimsical frame, created for those who know that the most magical hour is the one just before the world wakes up.

This piece features a real preserved bat skull and a wild mouse skull nestled in a bed of moss, surrounded by dried flowers in deep violet, blue and pink, a pine cone, and a small glass vial sealed with a cork and filled with amethyst crystals. The hand-cast, hand-painted baroque frame is finished in aged black with a rose metallic sheen, with an oval window that glows like the first light through the trees.

About the frame:
The frame is entirely handmade from start to finish. I cast it myself from my own original moulds, then sand, paint and lacquer each piece by hand. The glass is hand-cut to fit. The wooden back is sanded and lined with velvet, then finished with lace trim. No two frames are identical.
