Foxy Bunny | Whimsical
A one-of-a-kind handmade whimsical frame — for those who know that the most enchanting things have always lived at the edge of the forest, just out of sight.
A real fox skull gazes out from crushed green velvet, dressed for something between a séance and a garden party. Above it rise rabbit fur ears — soft, tawny, still warm-looking — over a lace collar. Rabbit paws rest below, crossed and patient. Between the ears, a tiger's eye stone, on his forehead perly broche in ornate brass filigree sends chains draping down across the skull on both sides. In the mouth, a tiger's eye pendulum hangs in an ornate copper setting. The frame is hand-cast and hand-painted, dark and baroque, the kind of frame that has always known it would end up somewhere like this.
This is a piece about the in-between — the hour before dawn, the breath held at the treeline, the moment when something small and wild decides to stay.
Each piece comes with a Morbid Oddities logo sticker.

LORE
There is a particular kind of creature who prefers books to burrows. He has been known to spend entire afternoons in the garden with a cup of something warm and a well-thumbed volume on spirit communication, his ears tilted at a thoughtful angle, his paws folded neatly in his lap as though he has somewhere to be but has decided, quite deliberately, not to go there yet. He is fond of lace, of tiger's eye, of the way late summer light falls through the leaves at exactly the hour when the veil between worlds grows thin and interesting. He does not find any of this alarming. He finds it rather pleasant, actually — the same way he finds the smell of old paper pleasant, and the sound of wind chimes, and the company of those who understand that some gardens are tended for reasons that have nothing to do with vegetables.
