I have always been drawn to boxes.
Not because of what they contain — but because of what they promise. A closed box is a secret. An open one is an invitation. And a box built with intention, filled with objects chosen for their meaning and their energy, is something else entirely: a world in miniature. A sacred space you can hold in your hands.
This is what I make when I make a casket.
What Is a Ritual Casket?
A ritual casket is a handmade box built to serve a specific magical or devotional purpose. It is not decorative — though it is beautiful. It is not a storage solution — though it holds things. It is a working object. A tool. A home for a practice.
Inside, you might find spell jars, crystals, bones, relics, a scrying mirror, a pendulum, a wand, sigils, dried herbs, symbolic objects chosen for their resonance with a specific deity or intention. Every element is placed deliberately. Nothing is there by accident.
The casket itself — the box, the structure, the exterior — is part of the work. The materials, the finish, the size, the weight in your hands. All of it matters.
The Universal Witch Altar Box
Some practitioners work with many deities, many energies, many threads of practice. For them, a universal altar makes more sense than a devoted one. The Universal Witch Altar Box is built for exactly this: a versatile ritual space that supports work with multiple deities, spirits, or your own inner practice.
Inside, you’ll find a pendulum and pendulum board for divination, an obsidian scrying mirror, spell jars and ritual vials, a mortar and pestle for grinding herbs, cleansing tools, a wand, crystals, bones, and layered altar decorations. Everything a working witch needs, contained in a single, beautiful object.

The Deity Devotion Casket
For those who work in devotional practice — who have a relationship with a specific deity, who make offerings, who pray, who sit in the presence of something larger than themselves — the Deity Devotion Casket is built around that relationship.
Every element inside is chosen to honour a specific energy. The colours, the symbols, the materials, the objects — all of it aligned with your chosen deity. The example in the photos was created for Hecate: goddess of the crossroads, of magic, of the liminal. But I have built caskets for Hel, for Morrigan, for Lilith, for Freya, for deities whose names are spoken only in private. Each one is different, because each relationship is different.
A deity casket is a physical home for a devotional relationship. A place to leave offerings. A place to speak. A place to listen.
The Occult Ritual Casket
Not all practice is devotional. Some of it is operational — spellwork, shadow work, ancestral work, protection, transformation. The Occult Ritual Casket is built for this kind of practice: a ritual space organised around intention rather than deity.
Inside, you might find spell jars charged for specific purposes, bones and relics for ancestral connection, crystals chosen for their protective or transformative properties, sigils drawn for your specific working. A casket built not to honour a presence, but to do a job.
How a Commission Works
Every casket I make is commissioned. You do not order from a shelf — you begin a conversation.
We talk about your practice. Your deity or intention. The symbols and materials that feel right. The aesthetic direction. The level of complexity. From there, I source materials, hand-finish the box, and compose the interior the way a painter composes a canvas: with attention to balance, to meaning, to the relationship between objects.
Processing time is up to four weeks, depending on complexity. The listed price is a starting price — the final cost is determined after consultation, based on size, materials, and detail.
